The staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. I received a warm welcome with a free snack and a small gift. The room had nice furniture and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the fact that there were always two bottles of drinking water available in the room. The air conditioning was easy to use and configure. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a famous temple.
The WiFi service was unreliable at times, with weak signal and difficulty in connecting. The hotel's location was a bit far from downtown, requiring a taxi ride.

Great new hotel close to the airport and Pashupatinath temple. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering Indian and Nepali dishes. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water.
The hotel is located on a major road which can be noisy. Wifi connection was poor and there were issues with tax charges, but resolved after some discussion with staff.
